Silkwood's Drone Training Course
We have created a course that allows you to learn about and fly DJI's Phantom 4 drone. The Phantom 4 allows you to take your projects to new heights and unlocks so many new possibilities for students exploring film and photography. The sky is your limit!
Equipment
Here at Silkwood we supply many equipment that our students could loan. The drone we offer them is a Phantom 4 DGI.
Rules & Regulations
To be certified to loan and fly the drone, the student's must pass a online course. In this course we cover everything from CASA's laws to practical flight training.
Benefit's
After you have completed the course, you will be granted with a certificate. This certificate will allow you to loan and fly a drone.
Projects
If your Big Picture Project was based around photography and filming, this certificate would benefit you a lot, allowing you to capture the shots and angles you've always wanted.
Course Duration
This is a self paced course, depending on how much time the student can dedicate to the course depends on how quickly it takes them to complete all modules and assessments. The practical flight lesson have to be booked in advance and are only available if an instructor is, which may affect the courses duration.
