The online world is a wonderful place filled with great learning resources and at Silkwood we aim to keep it that way by educating students about the dangers of the internet and how they can protect themselves.
BYOD Program
Our program teaches students to become responsible digital citizens and teaches them valuable technology skills for their future careers.
iPad Program
We use iPad's for educational purposes here at Silkwood. iPads are used to advance student's learning possibilities giving them access to robotics, their portfolios, educational games and much more.
Drone Training
We have created a course that allows you to learn about and fly DJI's Phantom 4 drone. The Phantom 4 allows you to take your projects to new heights and unlocks so many new possibilities for students exploring film and photography.

BYOD is an acronym standing for bring your own device. At Silkwood, students are required to bring their own laptops to school from year 6-12. Our program teaches students to become responsible digital citizens and teaches them valuable technology skills for their future careers.
